Under the authority of section 18 of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Act, 1992, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to reappoint Mr. John Rorke as Commissioner of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Public Complaints Commission, effective September 27, 2015, for a five year term.
