Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Business, Tourism, Culture and Rural Development to pre-commit funding of up to $10.0M against its budgetary appropriations in each of 2016/17, 2017/18 and 2018/19 to facilitate the award of a contract to Target Marketing and Communications Inc. as the Marketing Agency of Record to develop and implement the marketing, advertising and internet strategy for Newfoundland and Labrador Tourism for the period January 2016 to March 2019.
