Under the authority of section 33.1(2) of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to waive the costs associated with an amendment request to a Protected Road Zoning Plan, in accordance with documents on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
