Under the authority of subsections 3(l) and 4(1) of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to expropriate 3.368 hectares of land in Bay Roberts for a new K-3 school, as outlined and described in the description and survey plan on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, and to name the  Newfoundland and Labrador English School Board as the authority in the Notice of Expropriation under subsections 2(b)(iv) and 4(1) of the Act.
