Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act and upon the written recommendation of the Treasury Board, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds against its budgetary appropriations up to $11,500,000 in 2016-17 and up to $726,200 in 2017-18 to facilitate the award of a contract to Marco Services Ltd. for the construction of a new grades K-7 school in Conception Bay South.
