Under the authority of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint, retroactive to December 17, 2012, the Honourable Joan Shea as the Minister Responsible for the Provincial Population Growth Strategy, in addition to her duties as Minister of Advanced Education and Skills, Minister Responsible for the Status of Persons with Disabilities.
