Under the authority of section 6 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the Honourable Kevin O’Brien as the Acting Minister Responsible for the Provincial Population Growth Strategy, effective June 5, 2013, for a period of two months.
