Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act and upon the written recommendation of the Treasury Board, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development to pre-commit funds up to $412,600 against its budgetary appropriations in 2016-17 to facilitate the award of a contract to Enercon Builders Inc. for an extension to Mary Queen of Peace Elementary in St. John’s.
