Under the authority of section 12 of An Act to Amend the Teachers’ Pensions Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor to proclaim An Act to Amend the Teachers’ Pensions Act into force on September 1, 2015.
