Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 19,508 square feet of office space (at $21.50/sq ft), 6,530 square feet of heated storage space (at $13.00/sq ft) and 3,810 square feet of fenced compound space (at $2.00/sq ft) at 117 Riverside Drive, Brake's Cove, Corner Brook, by the Department of Environment and Conservation, Wildlife Division, from Noton Enterprises Limited, for a three (3) year term, from May 1, 2013 to April 30, 2016, with an option to renew for further three (3) year term, at an annual rental rate of $511,932.00, exclusive of HST, under the same terms and conditions as the original lease agreement.
