Under the authority of section 22 of the Human Rights Act, 2010, the Lieutenant Governor is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the Human Rights Commission, effective immediately, for a term of five years:
 a) Dr. Smita Joshi;
 b) Mr. Christopher Sheppard;
 c) Mr. Ray McIsaac; and
 d) Ms. Kimberly Mackay, Vice-Chairperson.
