Under the authority of paragraph 67(3)(a) of the Environmental Protection Act and further to the recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Conservation, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make the Order entitled Wabush 3 Open Pit Mine Project Undertaking Release Order, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
