Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 2,035 square feet of heated storage/warehouse space in the former ABM Building, Brake's Cove, Corner Brook, by the Department of Environment of Conservation, Wildlife Division, from Noton Enterprises Limited, for a three (3) year term, from May 1, 2013 to April 30, 2016, with an option to renew for further three (3) year term, at an annual rental rate of $26,455.00 ($12.50/sq ft), exclusive of HST, under the same terms and conditions as the original lease agreement.
