Under the authority of section 5 of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, and on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Paul G. Noble, Q.C. as a Judge of the Provincial Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, effective September 17, 2015, to serve in the Judicial District of Clarenville.
