Under the authority of section 7 of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the Honourable Pamela J. Goulding as Chief Judge of the Provincial Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, for a seven-year term, effective September 28, 2015.
