Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funding against its budgetary appropriations in the amount of $1,784,084 in 2014/15 to facilitate the award of a contract to Pennecon Heavy Civil Limited for the construction of underpasses at two sites on the Team Gushue Highway.
