Under the authority of section 18 of the Atlantic Provinces Harness Racing Commission Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor to proclaim the Act into force on October 9, 2015.
