Under the authority of section 14 of the Abitibi-Consolidated Rights and Assets Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to:
 a) confirm Nalcor’s operation of the facilities outlined in OC2011-216 following the expiration of the licences and rights granted under OC2011-216 associated with   the Exploits Generation assets; and
 b) renew Nalcor’s licences and rights granted under OC2011-216 associated with the Exploits Generation Assets until August 31, 2016.
