Under the authority of section 39(3) of the Hydro Corporation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to direct the directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-electric Corporation, as a shareholder of the Churchill Falls (Labrador) Corporation, to take all measures necessary to effect the appointment of Mr. Gerald Shortall as a director of the Churchill Falls (Labrador) Corporation, as soon as is practicable.
