Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Bruce Cooper as the Deputy Minister of the Human Resource Secretariat within Executive Council and the Deputy Secretary to Treasury Board, effective October 12, 2015, at his current salary and Point Scale, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
