Under the authority of section 21 of the Missing Persons Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor to proclaim the Act into force upon publication of the proclamation in the Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette.
