Under the authority of section 5 of the Rail Service Act, 2009, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to grant approval to Labrador Iron Mines Limited to construct and operate a railway near Houston, Labrador, subject to compliance with conditions imposed by the Department of Natural Resources, the Department of Environment and Conservation, and the Department of Transportation and Works.
