Under the authority of subsection 357(2) of the Corporations Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the execution of a Deed of Conveyance, in a form to be approved by the Department of Justice and Public Safety and on conditions that the Attorney General may determine, to transfer land located at Regional Street, in the Town of Channel-Port aux Basques, as described in Appendix A to the Minister’s submission, to Mr. Philip Seymour.
