Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Colleen Janes as Deputy Minister of the Department of Environment and Conservation, effective October 12, 2015, at her current salary and Point Scale, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, and with a position description to be forwarded by Ms. Janes to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of the date of her appointment, the outcome of which is to place her, retroactive to October 12, 2015, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary to which she has been appointed herein.
