Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs to issue a Crown land grant pursuant to Lease No. 105842, comprising an area of land not exceeding 23.8705 hectares, as described in application W-105842 and situated adjacent to George’s Pond, to the Town of Main Brook, for the purpose of a commercial recreational park, subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable to such grants.
