Under the authority of section 40 of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs to issue a Crown lands Licence to Occupy, as defined in application C-145697 and situated at Jonathan’s Brook, to Mr. Neal Blackmore, for the purpose of a remote recreational cottage, subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable to such licences.
