Under the authority of section 40 of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs to issue a Consent and Notice of Assignment of Licence to Occupy No. 142114 for Crown land situated on Snook’s Pond, near Mount Moriah, from Roland Vincent to Roland and Anne Vincent, for the purpose of a remote recreational cottage, subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable to such licences.
