Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(c) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs to issue a Crown lands grant to the Town of Lewisporte, for an area comprised of 268m², as defined in application C-130023, for the purpose of municipal water and sewer infrastructure, subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable to such grants.
