Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs to issue a Crown land grant comprising an area of land not exceeding 26.4 hectares, as described in application W-146917 and situated in the Glide Brook area, to the Town of Deer Lake for the purpose of a commercial/industrial subdivision, subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable to such grants.
