Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to close permanently and transfer to the Minister of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs a section of abandoned highway reservation at North Harbour, St. Mary’s Bay, delineating an area of 4224.5m², as described in Annex B of the Minister’s Submission.
