Under the authority of section 19 of An Act to Amend the Legal Aid Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor to proclaim subsection 8(1) of that Act into force upon publication in the Gazette.
