An Act to Amend the Enduring Powers of Attorney Act
Under the authority of section 5 of An Act to Amend the Enduring Powers of Attorney Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor to proclaim the Act into force on October 31, 2015.
