Under the authority of section 10 of the Transparency and Accountability Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the creation of a new Health Shared Services Organization under the Corporations Act, to carry on a public purpose on behalf of the Crown, with an initial focus on supply chain.
