College Act, 1996; Memorial University Act
Under the authority of section 10 of the College Act, 1996, and paragraph 22(2)(c) and section 30 of the Memorial University Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Trevor Stagg as a joint representative to the College of the North Atlantic’s Board of Governors and Memorial University’s Board of Regents, effective immediately, to fill a vacancy which term expires on July 8, 2017.
