Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, and upon the written recommendation of the Treasury Board, the Lieutenant Governor is pleased to authorize the following:
a) The Forestry and Agrifoods Agency to pre-commit funds in the amount of $551,800 in each of 2016-17 and 2017-18, against its budgetary appropriations, for the provision of helicopter services;
b) The Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit  funds in the amount of $237,900 in each of 2016-17 and 2017-18, against its budgetary appropriations, for the provision of helicopter services;
c) Fire and Emergency Services NL to pre-commit funds in the amount of, $30,000 in each of 2016-17 and 2017-18, against its budgetary appropriations, for the provision of helicopter services;
d) The Department of Environment and Conservation to pre-commit funds in the amount of $486,800 in each of 2016-17 and 2017-18, against its budgetary appropriations, for the provision of helicopter services;
e) The Department of Justice and Public Safety to pre-commit funds in the amount of $39,000 in each of 2016-17 and 2017-18, against its budgetary appropriations, for the provision of helicopter services;
f) The Department of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs to pre-commit funds in the amount of $9,000 in each of 2016-17 and 2017-18, against its budgetary appropriations, for the provision of helicopter services;
g) The Department of Natural Resources to pre-commit funds in the amount of $115,100 in each of 2016-17 and 2017-18, against its budgetary appropriations, for the provision of helicopter services; and
h) The Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds in the amount of $137,900 in each of 2016-17 and 2017-18, against its budgetary appropriations, for the provision of helicopter services.
