Under the authority of section 6 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the Honourable Joan Shea as the acting Minister of Child, Youth and Family Services and Minister Responsible for the Status of Women, in addition to her current responsibilities as Minister of Advanced Education and Skills, Minister Responsible for the Status of Persons with Disabilities, effective March 12, 2013.
