Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs to issue a Licence to Occupy 82 m² of Crown Land, as defined in application E-148257, adjacent to the waters of Whalen’s Pond, Brigus Junction, to Mr. Roger Gordon for the purpose of an existing boathouse and wharf, subject to terms and conditions usually applicable to such licences.
