Under the authority of section 5 of the Apprenticeship and Certification Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. David Harris as Chairperson of the Provincial Apprenticeship and Certification Board, effective immediately, for the remainder of his term which expires June 26, 2017.
