Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 4 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following persons to the Board of Directors of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission, each for a three-year term, effective immediately:
 a) Mr. Thomas L. Bugden (Public Representative – Injured Workers), and
 b) Ms. Patsy S. Coish-Snow (Public Representative).
