Muskrat Falls Project Land Use and Expropriation Act: Muskrat Falls Project Land Use and Expropriation Regulations
Under the authority of section 24 of the Muskrat Falls Project Land Use and Expropriation Act and section 16 of the Muskrat Falls Project Land Use and Expropriation Regulations, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Brett Ludlow as Vice-Chairperson of the Arbitration Panel, effective immediately, for a two-year term.
