Muskrat Falls Project Land Use and Expropriation Act; Muskrat Falls Project Land Use and Expropriation Regulations
Under the authority of subsection 16(8) of the Muskrat Falls Project Land Use and Expropriation Regulations, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to set remuneration rates for members of the Arbitration Panel in accordance with Level III of the Guidelines for Rates of Remuneration for Boards, Agencies and Commissions, with the Vice-Chairperson to be remunerated at the rate of a Chairperson.
