Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 5 of the Atlantic Provinces Harness Racing Commission Act and on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following persons as members of the Atlantic Provinces Harness Racing Commission, effective immediately, for the term indicated:
 a) Mr. Keith Gowan, for a three-year term; and
 b) Mr. Jay Griffin, until March 31, 2016.
