Under the authority of paragraph 3(2)(j) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council, is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works and the Department of Business, Tourism, Culture and Rural Development to issue the first of two Requests for Proposals for interior restoration of the Colonial Building.
