Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Debbie Dunphy as the Assistant Deputy Minister,  Strategic and Corporate Services, in the Department of Justice and Public Safety, on an acting basis, effective November 5, 2015, with a 10% increase applied to her current salary, and with a position description to be forwarded by Ms. Dunphy to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of her date of appointment, the outcome of which is to place her, retroactive to November 5, 2015, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which she has been appointed herein, and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
