Public Tender Act
Under the authority of paragraph 4(5)(a) of the Public Tender Act, subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, and the written recommendation of the Treasury Board, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the following:
a) The Department of Justice and Public Safety to: a) renew a lease for an additional one-year term, up to September 30, 2016, for the lease of 705 square feet of heated garage space, located at 24 McNamara Drive, Paradise, with Rovers Search and Rescue Inc., at a lease rate of $9,976 per annum, plus HST; and b) pre-commit funds in the amount of $5,000 in 2016/17, against its budgetary appropriations, to facilitate the lease renewal;
b) The Department of Child Youth and Family Services to: a) renew the lease of a residence for one year, up to August 31, 2016, located at 1A Centre Avenue, Hopedale, with DJ Properties Ltd., at a lease rate of $33,000 per annum ($2,750/month), plus HST; and b) pre-commit funds in the amount of $11,900 in 2016/17, against its budgetary appropriations, to facilitate the lease renewal;
c) The Department of Child Youth and Family Services to: a) renew the lease of a residence for one year, up to August 31, 2016, located at 71 Roberts Road, HV-GB, with Craig and Lorna Acreman, at a lease rate of $28,800 per annum ($2,400/month), plus HST; and b) pre-commit funds in the amount of $12,000 in 2016/17, against its budgetary appropriations, to facilitate the lease renewal;
d) The Department of Child Youth and Family Services to: a) renew the lease of a residence, up to August 31, 2016, located at 1A Piwas, Natuashish, with Mushuau Innu First Nation, at a lease rate of $15,000 per annum ($1,250/month), plus HST; and b) pre-commit funds in the amount of $6,300 in 2016/17, against its budgetary appropriations, to facilitate the lease renewal;
e) The Department of Child Youth and Family Services to: a) renew the lease of a residence, up to August 31, 2016, located at 7 Piwas, Natuashish, with Mushuau Innu First Nation, at a lease rate of $15,000 per annum ($1,250/month), plus HST; and b) pre-commit funds in the amount of $6,300 in 2016/17, against its budgetary appropriations, to facilitate the lease renewal;
f) The Department of Child Youth and Family Services to: a) renew the lease of a residence, up to August 31, 2016, located at 9 Piwas, Natuashish, with Mushuau Innu First Nation, at a lease rate of $15,000 per annum ($1,250/month), plus HST; and b) pre-commit funds in the amount of $6,300 in 2016/17, against its budgetary appropriations, to facilitate the lease renewal;
g) The Department of Child Youth and Family Services to: a) renew a lease for 301 square feet of office space, up to January 4, 2018, located at 9 Government Road, Hopedale, with DJ Properties Ltd., at a lease rate of $16,712 per annum, plus HST; and b) pre-commit funds in the amount of $16,800 in 2016/17, and $12,900 in 2017-18, against its budgetary appropriations, to facilitate the lease renewal; and
h) The Department of Advanced Education and Skills to: a) renew a lease for 540 square feet of office space, up to January 4, 2018, located at 9 Government Road, Hopedale, with DJ Properties Ltd., at a lease rate of $29,980 per annum, plus HST; and b) pre-commit funds in the amount of $30,000 in 2016/17, and $23,200 in 2017/18, against its budgetary appropriations, to facilitate the lease renewal.
