Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration, and the written recommendation of the Treasury Board, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the following:
a) The Department of Advanced Education and Skills to: a) renew a lease for 7,933 square feet of office space, up to September 30, 2017, located at 17 Industrial Crescent, Carbonear, with Park Bowling & Amusement Center Ltd., at a lease rate of $166,196 per annum, plus HST; and b) pre-commit funds in the amount of $166,200 in 2016/17, and $83,100 in 2017/18, against its budgetary appropriations, to facilitate the lease renewal; and
b) The Forestry and Agrifoods Agency to: a) renew the lease of 4,085 square feet of storage space, up to July 31, 2016, located at the Venture Center, Stentford Avenue, Pasadena with Pardy’s Holdings Ltd., at a lease rate of $27,370 per annum, plus HST; and b) pre-commit funds in the amount of $9,200 in 2016/17, against its budgetary appropriations, to facilitate the lease renewal.
