Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit funding against its budgetary appropriations in the amount of $816,000 in 2016/17 and $136,000 in 2017/18 to facilitate the award of a contract to Provincial Aerospace Limited for the provision of an air ambulance aircraft to support government’s Air Ambulance Program.
