Under the authority of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to:
a) agree that self-sufficiency and security of supply will exist in Canada for the period 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2020; and
b) authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to notify the Minister of Natural Resources Canada and the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board of the above determination.
