Under the authority of section 4 the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Dwight William Ball, to the Executive Council of the Province as Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs, and Minister Responsible for Labrador and Aboriginal Affairs, with effect from December 14, 2015.
