Under the authority of section 4 the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Perry Trimper, to the Executive Council of the Province as Minister of Environment and Conservation; Minister Responsible for the Multi-Materials Stewardship Board; Minister Responsible for the Office of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency; Minister Responsible for the Labour Relations Agency; and Minister Responsible for Francophone Affairs, with effect from December 14, 2015.
